Refund policy
At Health Commerce Products, we accept exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Because The Pee Machine is a personal medical device, used or unsealed items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. In few situations that a return is accepted a mandatory $50 restocking fee will be assessed. If your product is defective, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost after verifying the issue. 90-Day Guarantee
Our exclusive 90-Day Guarantee badge means you can purchase with confidence. If your product becomes defective within 90 days of normal use, we will replace the product one time at no charge.
Each order is eligible for up to one replacement under this guarantee.
To qualify, the device must be properly maintained with weekly cleanings as described in the user manual. If the product is misused, improperly maintained, or damaged due to factors outside of normal and intended use, the replacement guarantee will be void.
